pralsetinib

A drug used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and has a RET fusion gene. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Pralsetinib blocks certain proteins made by the mutated RET gene, which may keep cancer cells from growing. It is a type of tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Also called Gavreto.
