A drug used to treat adults with urothelial cancer (a type of bladder cancer) that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body. It is used in patients whose cancer has already been treated with a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor (types of anticancer drugs) and platinum chemotherapy. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Padcev contains a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called nectin-4, which is found on some cancer cells. It also contains an anticancer drug, which may help kill cancer cells. Padcev is a type of antibody-drug conjugate. Also called enfortumab vedotin.
