duvelisib

A drug used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma that have relapsed (come back) or have not gotten better after treatment with at least two other therapies. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Duvelisib blocks certain proteins, which may help keep cancer cells from growing and may kill them. It is a type of kinase inhibitor. Also called Copiktra.
